Dear Hiran,
We have investigated your issue and it appears that the numbers you have are correct. If you receive a message that the number is incorrect, please give us more details regarding the way you are making the call, such as:
- are you using a calling card or a direct line?
- do you dial the international code (00) to make calls to other countries?
- do you have International Direct Dialing enabled on your phone (if you are making a direct call and not using a calling card).
The correct way to dial these numbers, if you are making a direct call, is: 00 44703XXXXXXX or 00 44704XXXXXXX
If you are using a calling card, please refer to the dialing instructions you have received with the card (via email or printed on the calling card).
You can find calling cards with very good rates to the U.K. by clicking on the link below:

If you have anymore questions, please feel free to contact us.
Thank you,
The CallingCardsHome Team

Dear Dan,
In order to dial both numbers, if you are dialing from an international location (other than Australia) is:
- drop the first 0
- add 61 - the country code for Australia.
For example, for the first number, the dialing sequence is: 00 61 354393542.
If you are using a calling card, please follow the instructions received, as you may have to replace the 00 (international dialing code) with 011 or other prefix.

Dear Rocky,
Starting with January 1st 2003, calls to mobile phones in Argentina require the digit '9' before the actual number.
The number you were given also contains the digits '15', which are only to be dialed if the call is made from within the country.
Therefore, the way you need to dial is: 011 54 9 341 6671928
Please be advised: Making direct international calls from your cell phone can be expensive. We can offer you a much better solution:

Dear Laura,
In order to call from Germany to the United States, there are 2 options we can offer you:
1) Get our Worldwide calling card: the rates per minute to the United States from Germany are: 0.379$ / minute from a cell phone, 0.069$ from a fixed phone (landline) and 0.329$ from a payphone. All these rates are using our toll free number from Germany 0800-000-2272. If your son can make a call from a landline, we suggest using one of our local access numbers, listed below:
Frankfurt (69)1200-9099
Hanover (511)443-9111
Essen (201)487-9111
Dresden (351)445-2111
Hamburg (40)80902-0522
Munich (89)24443-2627
Munich (89)1436-7111
Hamburg (40)2999-9111
Berlin (30)2555-5111
Cologne (221)988-8111
Dusseldorf (211)368-7115
Stuttgart (711)299-9111
Nurnberg (911)491-8111
Bremen (421)185-4111
Leipzig (341)499-9111
Dortmund (231)550-3111
Dusseldorf (211)5407-3636
Stuttgart (711)49081-3024
Frankfurt (69)58999-0566
Berlin (30)72616-7062
Cologne (221)6501-0519
Hanover (511)9361-2507
These numbers will ensure a much lower rate to the United States - only 0.029$ / minute.
The Worldwide calling card has a rounding of 2 minutes and a maintenance fee of 0.69$ per week.
Here's a direct link to the Worldwide calling card:

2) The second option is to get our EnjoyPrepaid service: it can be used to make calls both ways, using a single PIN and the costs are similar to the ones described above. The service has also a lot of other advantages like automatic dialing, automatic recharge and a 10$ bonus for signups. You can find more details regarding this service here:
